LeMay - AMERICA'S CAR MUSEUM Board of Directors Continues to Grow

James Gary May is added to Museum's growing leadership

LeMay – America’s Car Museum® is pleased to welcome James Gary May to the Museum’s Board of Directors. May owns and operates Hopewell Land Partners, which is engaged in capital investments that include real estate development and investment, citrus, finance and factoring, private equity, banking, insurance, technology and many other corporate investments.

David Madeira, President and CEO, is pleased to appoint someone with a background in venture capital. “Gary is a real entrepreneur with financial acumen and marketing savvy. In addition he’s a car guy with a passion to promote the vision for America’s Car Museum. We’re delighted to welcome him to our leadership team.”

Mr. May currently serves on the Foundation Board at the University of Central Florida where he serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee. He’s also a member of the Board of Trustees for Interlochen Center for the Arts in Traverse City, Michigan where he serves on the Development and Institutional Advancement Committee. May currently resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife Charisse where they are actively involved in various local charities that include Education, the Arts and the American Cancer Society.
